On the 31st of October, a lively REACH business strategy workshop was held in an atmosphere of TU/e’s innovative environment. Approximately 20 people from REACH partners in research, product and user ends participated in this very creative and active discussion. The workshop focused on two main topics: 1) understanding of customer needs and REACH’s corresponding values towards them; 2) effective approach to promote REACH to the target market. Idea sharing and brainstorming activated the discussion. Feasible financial methods and influence for REACH marketization haven been discussed as well in the workshop, that means REACH takes another step forward towards application in reality. Based on the above constructive discussion, participants further exchanged the ideas about how future hospital should look like for the elderly.
