Royal Philips is a health and well-being company, focused on improving people’s lives through meaningful innovation across the care continuum. We are guided by the understanding that there is a patient at the center of everything we do and we are dedicated to creating the ideal experience for all patients, young and old.
Philips Design is responsible for design activities inside Philips, including product, service, interface design and people research. Philips Design is widely recognized as a leader in people-centric design.
One of the core strengths of Philips Design is to co-create new innovations with stakeholders and end users. We use these skills to support the consortium in developing meaningful concept directions through a series of workshops and other activities.
The extensive experience in the domain of the senior population, as well as behavior change, will be leveraged as we lead the work package focused on detailing the strategies for motivational behavior change. Through extensive people research activities, we will develop deep understanding what drives people, what underlies their motivation, and how we can intervene within the context of daily life.
