The consortium is progressing regarding the development of the business model and is targeting to bring the final REACH outcome to the market. There was a Business Model Workshop in TUM on the 28th of March 2018. Review, analysis of the input and receiving expert feedback on the input was performed in this workshop. The next Business Model Workshop will be in Eindhoven on the 31st of October 2018 where the different REACH partners will send their business experts to Eindhoven. The business model of each use case setting will be further developed before January 2019 and will be presented clearly in the review to the EU.
There were 4 use cases matching the TPs. Modular system design and the idea to develop separate business models according to different use case country. It was also considered that the health care approaches/environment of each country is different. The considered approach to implement business model is to translate the European level models to country level and then to the use case level.
